The purpose of the City of Hope Bible College is to obey in letter and spirit as expressed in the Great Commission given by our Lord in Matthew 28: 18-20, "And Jesus came and spoke unto them, saying, all power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen."

The City of Hope Bible College exists primarily for the development of students and to prepare them for personal and public ministry. The City of Hope Bible College want to educate men and women for Christian ministries on the collegiate level through a program of Biblical and theological studies, Christian education, the pastoral ministry, world missions and church vocational areas deemed desirable. Therefore, the Bible is the center of all studies.

  4. Students will master study and research methods and develop the motivation necessary for lifelong learning.
  5. Students will be able to meet contemporary challenges to historic, biblical Christianity with a working knowledge of Christian theology and apologetics.
